PT Intisar Primula will pursue its goals in integrating, implementing and supporting these systems and devices, such as s time and
attendance, access control system, factory floor data collection, guard tour monitoring system, queuing system, warehouse dara collection, meter reading, biometric readers, computer telephony and others. Also new product lines such us hotel lock system, security and monitoring system, barcode system, cctv system, id card printer and card. In addition to its products, consulting, training and software systems development has always been an integral part of its operation and its origin.

With a branch in Bandung and new branches in Balikpapan, Semarang, Bali and network of dealers established years ago in major cities around Indonesia such as Medan, Palembang, Cilegon, Jakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Makassar, PT Intisar Primula is well poised to efficiently spread its market and services into far-flung corners of the Indonesian archipelago. In the beginning of 2001, the Indonesian government made its provinces autonomous. Anticipating a more distributed decision making process, PT Intisar Primula explicitly increased its dealer activities to be more predominant nationally, outside the capital City, Jakarta.

As a result of the 1997 Indonesian economic crisis, PT Intisar Primula adapted itself vertically into designing and manufacturing some of its devices that it used to import. not only this long awaited endeavor has made most of its products affordable to Indonesians, it has also made Indonesian products in general vary competitive in the world market, rendering PT Intisar Primula an excellent opportunity in exporting its products worldwide. Designing and manufacturing will continue with more and more products coming into the pipeline.
