PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk, also known as XL, is an Indonesia-based mobile telecommunications services operator. XL was the first private mobile services operator in the country, starting commercial operations on 8 October 1996. Sources claim that the operator serves more than 22 million subscribers.

XL operates more than 13,000 Base Transceiver Station (BTS) towers across Indonesia.
